DreamTale is an application designed for parents and guardians to use with their children. 9. Parental Supervision and AI Content Control

DreamTale utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate personalized stories and images. While we implement strict safety filters and content moderation to prevent inappropriate material, AI generation can occasionally produce unpredictable or unintended results.

Therefore, DreamTale is designed and intended strictly to be used by parents, legal guardians, or adults alongside children, rather than by children independently.

By using our App, you acknowledge and agree that parents and guardians are solely responsible for:

• Input Control: Selecting the themes, writing the moral lessons, and uploading the photos used as prompts for the AI.
• Content Review: Carefully reading and reviewing all AI-generated text and inspecting all AI-generated images before sharing them, reading them aloud, or printing them for your child.
