Our goal is to provide a professional preparation tool while ensuring you maintain full control over your data.

2.1 Ephemeral Interaction Data
Your interview prompts and the AI-generated feedback are processed in real-time. This data is held in volatile memory only for the duration of the session and is not stored on our permanent servers.
2.2 Payment and Billing Information
When you purchase additional interview sessions, payments are processed by Stripe. We collect:
- Contact Details: Name and email address for receipt delivery.
- Transaction Metadata: Date of purchase and amount to unlock your credits.
- Note: We do not store your full credit card numbers or CVC codes on our servers. This sensitive data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
2.3 Device and Technical Data
We automatically collect basic technical information (IP address, device model, OS version) to ensure app stability, detect fraud, and prevent abuse.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service Provision: To generate and analyze mock interviews.
- Payment Processing: To facilitate secure transactions via Stripe.
- Security: To monitor for fraudulent activity or violations of our terms.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share information only with essential service providers:
- AI Infrastructure: We use professional AI APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) with Zero Data Retention enabled to ensure your conversations are not used for model training.
- Payment Processor: Stripe receives your payment details to authorize transactions.
5. Data Deletion and Account Closure
We believe users should have absolute control over their digital footprint.
5.1 Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and any associated data at any time.
5.2 How to Request Deletion
- In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action will immediately trigger the deletion process.
- Web Request: If you have uninstalled the app, you can visit our (Link to your website) to submit a request via your registered email.
- Manual Request: You may email our support team at with the subject “DATA DELETE REQUEST.” We will process and confirm your request within 30 days.
5.3 Retention for Legal Purposes
Please note that while we delete your app usage history and account identifiers, certain transaction records (such as invoices for Stripe payments) may be retained for a limited period to comply with financial, tax, and anti-fraud regulations.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our infrastructure providers operate. We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives a level of protection equivalent to GDPR standards.
