  • Profile: Name, photo, and skill level (ELO) for physical tournaments.

B. Permissions & Device Data

  • Location: Used strictly to find nearby physical venues (bars/halls).
  • Photos/Media: To upload profile pictures or match results.
  • Device IDs: For security and notifications.

3. Data Security (Encryption)

We take the security of your data seriously.

  • Encryption in Transit: YES. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS protocols. Your data is secure while in transit.
  • Secure Storage: Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use Supabase and Stripe, which adhere to industry-standard security certifications.

4. Payments for Real-World Services (Stripe)

  • Nature of Goods: Payments are exclusively for Real-World Services (organizing physical matches/tournaments).
  • No Digital Goods: Credits cannot be used for virtual items or cosmetic goods.
  • Processing: We do not store financial data; it is processed securely by Stripe.

5. Account Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

In compliance with Google Play Data Safety standards:

  • How to delete: You can request full account deletion at any time.
    1. In-App: Go to “Profile” > “Settings” > “Delete Account”.
    2. By Email: Contact us at emisagamesstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Account”.
  • Retention: Upon request, we will permanently delete your account, login credentials, and personal data from our active servers immediately.

6. Children’s Privacy

Bar Legends is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
